I sent a letter to Congress demanding that my representatives reject Bush’s proposes bank bailout legislation. Congress is poised to vote to give the Executive Branch of government, and specifically the White House’s political appointees in the Treasury Department, the absolute right to take our money and give it to domestic and foreign banks and corporations without any oversight of elected officials, from the courts, or from the people. I thought you might be interested in sending a similar message to your elected officials. I urge you to take action yourself and spread the word! You can do so by going to www.VoteNoBailout.org.

Its a little over the top, but it gets the point across.

SNL again mocks Sarah Palin, though this time very little improv was required - many of the statements were direct quotes from the Couric-Palin interview.
